I was hunting around a couple of months ago for a Kitchen worktop.  I believed that there would be more of a selection and it would be cheaper to go to one of those large home improvement stores; I was wrong.  The initial price was pretty good but then you had to add on delivery and fitting, which bumped the total cost up considerably.

After shopping around and doing my 3 quote comparison I met Luis of Marmoles Union (thank goodness I did as I saved quite a bit).  He was cheaper and I got the feel good factor dealing with a local family run business.
